Brad Hughes is a Financial Planner at Horizon Wealth Advisors, joining the team in 2024. Previously, he was a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones. At Horizon, Brad is part of the financial planning team and works closely with clients to gather information, assess their priorities and concerns, and design personalized strategies and recommendations to help them achieve their financial goals.
Before transitioning into financial services, Brad spent a decade in public education after earning his degree in Music Education from the University of Houston. This educational background has shaped his approach to financial planning, emphasizing organization, fiduciary responsibility, clear communication, and client education.
Brad holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation and is active in his community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce, Bay Area Habitat for Humanity, and his children's PTA. Brad resides in League City, TX, with his wife, Angi, and their three children.
