Estate and Gift Tax Planning
In addition to estate and gift tax services provided by Maddox Thomson, we work with local expert estate and probate attorneys. We readily work with clients’ existing legal counsel and can also recommend an attorney for a client's particular circumstances and needs. Because of our extensive involvement in the planning process, we can help families with the transfer of financial resources and their administration to a surviving spouse or to the next generation.
