  • Facilitation of family meetings

Private Foundation Administration
We are available to help our clients administer and direct the finances for their private foundations.  Horizon provides the following services for clients seeking assistance with private foundation administration:

  • Annual compliance filings, including preparation of required federal tax returns
  • Quarterly Estimated Tax Payment Vouchers, including computation of the amount
  • Consultation concerning income tax returns
  • Ongoing assistance with IRS and state tax authorities (correspondence, amended returns, etc.)
  • Special accounting services to help collect and disburse funds from the foundation
  • Collection and response to all grant proposals received by the foundation   
  • Preparation of board meeting materials and implementation of board decisions
