Henry S. Bragg, Financial Advisor
Henry grew up on a farm outside of Memphis, Tennessee that his family has owned and operated since 1853. He graduated with Honors from Arizona State University in 1999, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance. While at Arizona State, Henry was an Academic All-American as a member of the Men's Division I Swim Team. In 2000, Henry completed a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. He worked at Ernst & Young LLP for five years in various capacities including audit, dispute resolution, and internal control planning for many corporate clients.
In 2006, Henry joined Horizon full-time after completing his MBA from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Management. Henry has been a CPA since 2003. In 2008, he completed the extensive requirements to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and was accepted as a registered member of the National Association of Personal Financial Planners (NAPFA), an organization representing fee-only advisors. At Horizon, Henry provides investment advice and is responsible for financial planning and client development as well as multiple operational duties including marketing, client reporting, and technology initiatives.
Henry and his wife, Laurence, have three young children that keep them very busy.
